So what did I do Well, I have a severe knee contusion, strained hamstring cords not the muscle, the connectors in the back of stanley thermosflasche the knee stanley cup , and a torn planteris muscle. So, physical therapy begins now. All my ligaments are in tact. No major tears. Everything is holding together. The inner workings of the knee are strained. Hence the contusion and the fluid. But will heel. I just need to strengthen the knee back up, so I should be ready to go really soon. Im listed as day to day.Again, thanks to everyone for the overwhelming amount of emails, texts, messages, comments, well wishes that Ive gotten. I appreciate it all.
