Dr. Ken GinsburgYouth Resiliency Committee News:In the past two weeks the community has experienced the great schedule change that comes with the end of another school year. Teachers and students celebrated school year achievements and then those students beg stanley cup an their 10-week break looking for relaxation and fun. This 10-week period can create a challenge for many families but also is an opportunity for youth to develop independence. This period of independence allows youth to grow into resilient and successful adults. Its mission is to promote well-being for youth and their families by bringing awareness to issues, highlighting activities, and promoting resources in and around the community. Meetings are 9:30-11 a.m., the second Monday of each month at the Los Alamos Teen Center. All are welcome to attend.
