LONGVIEW 鈥?Authorities say a 27-year-old pedestrian was killed after he was hit by a car in western Washington.The Daily News reports Colton Lindberg of Toledo was struck on State Route 12 near Mossyrock early Tuesday morning.Washington State Patrol says Lindberg was wearing dark clothing and standing in the roadway when the eastbound car hit him.The car had three people inside. MOGADISHU, Somalia 鈥?Seven people were killed Sunday morning when a suicide bomber attempted to ram a car laden with explosives into a military convoy escorting a four-member Qatari delegation.Gen. Garad Nor Abdulle, a senior police official, said the members of the Qatari delegation who were being escorted in the interior ministers convoy were unharmed and safely reached their hotel.
