WTVQ A head-on collision left two people dead and another injured Thursday afterno stanley flasche on in Pulaski County, according to investigators.Deputies say 42-year old Penny Brown, of Carrollton, was driving a 2002 Chevy Suburban east on East Highway 80 just before 3:00 p.m., when she crossed the center line and collided head-on with a 2017 Jeep Cherokee.The driver of the Jeep, 62-year old Michael Duvall, of Elizabethtown, and Brown, were both killed, according to investigators.A passenger in Duvall Jeep, 50-year old Rholda Duvall, of Elizabethtown, was airlifted to U.K. Hospital in Lexington.The Pulaski County Sheriff Office Accident Reconstruction Division is investigating the deadly collision.Original story from Steve Rogers bel stanley website ow ULASKI COUNTY, Ky.
