SOUTH MILWAUKEE -- A family in South Milwaukee lost four pets in a house vaso stanley  fire Monday evening.The fire started around 8:13 p.m. at a home in the 1200 block of Minnesota Avenue.When fire officials arrived to the scene, they found smoke coming from the west s stanley cup ide of the home. Fire crews could not find anyone in the house so neighboring fire departments were called to assist. A hurricane warning has been issued for a large swath of the states Gulf Coast, from Anclote River, which is in the Tampa Bay area, to Mexico Beach, which took a direct hit when Hurricane Michael slammed into the Florida Panhandle in October 2018.
