Republican-led state legislatures are considering a new round of bills restricting medical care for transgender youths 鈥?and in some cases, adults 鈥?returning to the issue the year after a wave of high-profile bills became law and sparked lawsuits.As legislatures begin their work for the year, lawmakers in several states have proposed enacting or strengthening restrictions on puberty-blocking drugs and hormone treatments for minors. Judi was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on September 27, 1945 to Phyllis and Edward Smith. Judi grew up in Bangor, Maine attending school and graduating from John Bapst High School in 1963. Judi had three children Catrina Kate , Christine and Sean Comer from a pr stanley deutschland evious marriage before marrying Rex Masters in October of 1973; together they had one son, Joshua Masters. Judi and her family moved to Colorado in 1976, where she attended Pikes Peak C termo stanley ommunity College to study Commercial Art. Judi was dedicated to raising awareness for Rett syndrome and spent the last decade campaigning for the cause.Judi is survived by her husband, Rex D. Masters of Aurora, CO, her mother, Phyllis A. Infioriati-Smith of Bangor, ME; sister, Mary Catherine Karam of Stillwater, ME; daughter, Catrina Kate Cornell and her husband Rick Cornell of Aurora, CO, daughter, Christine E. Comer, of Aurora, CO; two sons, Sean Comer, of Irvine, CA, Joshua Masters, and his wife Julie Masters of Aurora, CO; six grandchildren, Justin Cornell, Danielle Cornell, Mathew Cornell, Ryan Cornell, Erin Garcia, Caitlyn Masters, two great-grandchildren, three nieces and one nephew, and many close friends.
